An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced technical sales manager to contribute to our architectural and industrial paints business. As a technical sales manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the sales effort through several sales areas including Tehran, Tabriz, Isfahan, Mashhad, and the South of Iran. Roles: ● Work closely with the sales, technical, logistics, and finance functions to ensure goals are met and proactively communicate required sales support levels and actions. ● Gather market analytics to identify potential gaps and resolutions, whilst following up on significant business opportunities, pinpoint the existing and/or potential gaps, and arrange for their resolution. ● Follow sales and growth targets base while developing and monitoring KPIs for the assigned markets set by the sales head. ● Ensure customers are actively being engaged and customer satisfaction is met, whilst promoting and educating customers on technical requirements of available product lines and support tools. ● Ensure all products, sales tools, systems, and appropriate support are available, in a timely fashion, to allow for the successful completion of plans/targets. ● Identify new markets and customers. ● Prepare a sales action plan and meet potential customers and project sites (70%). ● Maintain existing markets and customers through customer relationship management and identify their needs (30%). Requirements

● Sales experience within the paints and coatings industry – ideally architectural, industrial, or marine coatings. ● Strong analytics, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills. ● Strong customer service with the ability to build rapport with potential and existing clients. ● Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification would be highly desirable. ● Excellent command of English. ● Willingness to travel domestically throughout Iran (50%).
