Job Description

● Develop and implement effective plans, strategies, procedures, and policies and monitor them to ensure that they meet legal requirements, business needs, and organizational objectives and that they reflect good practice. ● Where necessary, support the planning of a program of learning activities required to meet individual development needs identified through PDP and wider organizational strategy. ● Monitor progress against the talent management strategy ensuring that staff and resources are effectively allocated and deployed and that the budget is managed effectively. ● Manage and lead projects and initiatives ensuring that implementation is achieved on time and within budget. ● Assess recruitment requirements and recruit top-level talents on time ● Ensure that effective communication mechanisms are in place so that the company maximizes opportunities for communication and consultation, and obtains buy in and commitment of staff and managers. ● Procure services from external providers where necessary, and ensure they are appropriately managed, monitored, and comply with confidentiality agreements with the company. ● Develop mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of business activities ensuring service delivery is consistent and in line with agreed standards.

Requirements

Experience or knowledge required: ● More than five years of experience in human resources management. ● Highly focused on delivering excellent customer service, being self-driven, and developing effective relationships throughout the organization. ● Excellent time and work load management skill, ability to prioritize, ability to work independently, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and meeting established deadlines. Behavioral competencies ● Enthusiastic and positive attitude. ● Up-to-date knowledge of talent management best practices. ● Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice. ● Strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
