● Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
● Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
● Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles through different recruitment channels.
● Identify future talent needs, proactively recruit and source, and develop a talent pool.
● Provide innovative insight and ideas for filling complex and hard-to-fill positions.
● Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates’ skills and qualifications match the job requirements.
● Design, improve, and monitor recruitment workflows to ensure processes and performance are effective and efficient.
● Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
● Review hiring trends within the industry to determine best practices for attracting talent.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or relevant fields.
● At least 4 years of experience as a talent acquisition, recruitment, or hiring supervisor.
● Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
● Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.).
