● Create and publish job ads in various portals.
● Screen resumes and job applications.
● Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
● Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive).
● Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
● Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
● Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
● Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
● Host and participate in job fairs.
● Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
● Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, recruiter, or similar roles.
● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
● Strong interpersonal skills.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Good command of English.
