We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist to join our human resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities:
● Follow-up and implementation of recruitment process steps.
● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
● Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
● Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
● Announce the results of recruitment tests and recruitment committees to job applicants.
● Plan and execute the exit interview process to identify and improve HR processes
● Lead employer branding initiatives.
● Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.
● Evaluate and monitor absorption quality effectiveness indicators.
Requirements
● More than four years of experience in human resources.
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant fields.
● Familiarity with the recruitment and hiring process.
● Familiarity with recruitment channels (IranTalent, LinkedIn, etc.).
