● Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the predetermined schedule.
● Using recruiting software to keep track of open roles.
● Sending out all bulk emails (e.g., confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handling paperwork (e.g., offer letters).
● Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
● Coordinating drug tests and background checks.

● Attracting candidates.
Requirements
● Previous experience as a recruiter.
● Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
● Multitasking capabilities.
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
