Job Description

● Collaborating with department managers and proactively identifying future hiring needs. ● Writing job descriptions and job specifications. ● Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media. ● Screening resumes and parsing specialized skills and qualifications. ● Scheduling calls and interviews. ● Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the predetermined schedule. ● Using recruiting software to keep track of open roles. ● Sending out all bulk emails (e.g., confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handling paperwork (e.g., offer letters). ● Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. ● Coordinating drug tests and background checks. ● Promoting positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. ● Attracting candidates.

Requirements

● Previous experience as a recruiter. ● Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting. ● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. ● Multitasking capabilities. ● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
