● Update hiring methods and create new procedures.
● Collaborate with staff managers to determine specific job needs throughout the organization and related competencies.
● Standardize recruitment processes.
● Design and arrange job ads and post them on appropriate platforms.
● Conduct face-to-face interviews, especially on key occupations.
● Complete regular reports on recruitment activities.
● Develop communication to strengthen recruitment channels.
● Salary: 14 to 18 million Tomans per month.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering; Having a DBA, PHRI, or MBA is an advantage.
● At least two years of similar work experience.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office.
● Mastery and experience in recruiting through LinkedIn.
● Good communication network.
● Ability to analyze and solve problems.

● Good verbal and writing skills.

● A responsible and conscientious person.
● Work experience in startup environments is an advantage.
