● Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
● Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
● Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for job opportunities.
● Oversee and coordinate all hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding.
● Hold recruitment campaigns in related places (Universities, institutes, etc.).

Requirements
● More than 1 year of talent acquisition experience.
● Result-oriented and data-driven.
● High communication and negotiation skills.
● Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint.
● Good knowledge of sourcing and recruitment models and channels.
● Time management, assertive communication, and problem-solving skills.
