Job Description

Perform all activities related to recruitment such as: ● Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. ● Determine selection criteria. ● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). ● Conduct interview steps such as reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, and following up on their results. ● Assist in the development and improvement of the employer brand and organizational culture. ● Manage and present reports and data regularly.

Requirements

● At least two years of relevant work experience. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management from top universities. ● Familiarity with human resources processes. ● Familiarity with the concepts of employer brand and organizational culture. ● Ability to prepare relevant human resource reports. ● Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook. ● Responsible and accurate in performing assigned tasks. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ● Fluent in English.
