Job Description

● Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. ● Determine selection criteria. ● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks). ● Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. ● Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking system. ● Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. ● Lead employer branding initiatives. ● Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events. ● Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.

Requirements

● Great knowledge in Applicants Tracking System (ATS). ● Full acquaintance with job placement websites (Job Visio, Iran Talent, etc.). ● Experience in professional social networks such as LinkedIn, etc. ● Full acquaintance with online interview software (Skype, Skyroom, etc.) and employment technics. ● Experience in job exhibitions for competent employees. ● Ability in headhunting for special careers and/or management. ● Great skill in compiling and upgrading job analysis documents. ● Acquaintance with competence model and job competence. ● Acquaintance with structural interviews model and KSAB and STAR models. ● Having teamwork spirit, willingness to social interaction, interest in learning, and individual progress. ● Great verbal and communicating skills, professional in negotiation principles and technics. ● Ability to provide managerial reports in employment and talent spotting. ● At least 4 years of relevant work experience. ● Gender preference: Male (28 to 35 years old).
