Role description:
● Executing the WFP project to determine the annual needs of different departments and pursuing the employment need status of units based on the WFP.
● Examining the job description and qualifications through receiving the job description from the - organization development unit and holding meetings with the relevant manager.
● Preparing the applied resources proportionate to the intended job through job-finding websites, headhunt, referrals, etc.
● Preparing and publishing job advertisements in social networks and relevant websites.
● Primary screening of the received resumes and performing phone interviews and checking the qualifications via phone call.
● Performing the HR competency-based interview and, in the case of the approval of all stages, offering the job to the job-seekers.
● Executing onboarding processes, such as preparing the workplace, executing needed coordination with the relevant manager, and preparing the relevant equipment.
● Preparing and adjusting the employment reports.
● Performing employer brand-related affairs.
● Executing the promotion and improvement-related processes.
● Executing necessary activities regarding interns.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
● At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
● Strong operational discipline – able to effectively handle time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes.
● Excellent interpersonal skills – able to effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels.
● Excellent administrative skills – able to plan, organize and execute necessary activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy.
● Collaboration skills – able to effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds.
● Ability to develop a technical deep understanding of complex processes and technical applications used in ZARRIN recruitment operations.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Fluent In English.
