Job Description

Key job responsibilities: ● You’ll be responsible for managing, prioritizing, and closing searches against a timeline and you’ll think big to recommend ideas to help deliver the highest quality results to our customers. Responsibilities: ● Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment. ● Recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role. ● Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer; and offer-to-accept ratios. ● Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. ● Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process. ● Aside from this we’ll be focusing on key initiatives such as employer branding, diversity, and candidate experience which we’ll ask you to help drive. Requirements

Basic qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. ● More than 3 years of corporate and/or executive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. ● Proven experience in a candidate generation capacity. ● Experience with online sourcing techniques. ● Experience building sourcing plans for multiple client groups. ● Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. ● Demonstrated bias for action. Preferred qualifications: ● Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results. ● Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects, and client relationships. ● Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives. ● Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and complex spreadsheets. ● Experience supporting client groups across multiple locations. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
