● Assessing candidates’ information including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System.
● Assisting with employer branding, various surveys, and recruitment events
● Assisting with job profile designing.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or an MBA graduate.
● Experience as recruiter or talent acquisition function handling.
● Working knowledge of ATS and databases.
● Great communication skills.
● Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
● Deep knowledge of human resources science.
● Well-organized.
● Fluent in English.
