- Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
- Perform interviews and submit report summaries to Recruitment supervisor.
- Coordinating and attending job fairs.
- Provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate.
- Find new and innovating ways to promote reputation of company in order to attract the most qualified candidates
- Provide statistical reports to monitor the situation and improve the recruitment process
- Analyzes the recruitment agencies performance, cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements.
Requirements
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Experience with HRIS Reporting Systems.
- At least 1 years practical and relevant experience in recruitment field.
- Dominant in interview techniques and analyzing psychological tests.
- Familiar with competency models.
- Knowledge of Employment Laws and recruiting best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong networking abilities.
- University degree, preferably in Psychology, MBA, Human Resource Management, Industrial engineering.(State University is an advantage)
- Preferred to be familiar with telecom industry.
- Knowledge in other human resource processes can be an advantage.
- Enough knowledge in Human Resources planning & strategies.
