● Reviewing and re-engineering work processes periodically and continuously.
● Preparing regulations and instructions.
● Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining ISO systems.
● Preparing periodic and case reports and reporting on system performance.
● Identifying and applying organizational excellence and quality management approaches such as EFQM-VOC-QFD.
● Preparing forms, lists, software, and databases to receive information and performance results.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
● Minimum relevant Bachelor's degree.
● High PR and favorable self-confidence.
● Problem-solving power and time management ability.
● Fluency in English, especially commercial texts.
