● Supervise the work design and compile the job description form of the organization based on the extracted processes.
● Adjust performance indicators (track with KPI) and monitor the execution and monitoring of processes.
● Train on documentation and requirements for process-related units.
● Supervise the preparation of quality management documentation ISO9001 / 2015.
● Design, complicate and review the correct methods and processes of doing work in all areas of staff and operations.
● Identify issues, problems, and inconsistencies of executive systems and methods and perform the correct and accurate decision-making and preventive process in the organization and standardize them.
● Define control points and indicators of the effectiveness of each process.
● Analyze and improve the company's business trends.
● Monitor the compliance of the company's business processes with the requirements.
● Make sure you complete each step of the program.
● Regularly report project and program progress to senior managers or clients.
● Prepare and compile executive methods required to control the project and apply comments and review forms and procedures.
Requirements
● Familiarity with ERP and related concepts (work experience in ERP deployment projects is an advantage).
● Familiarity with BPMN and process frameworks.
● Fluent in designing and implementing organizational processes.
● Fluent in planning and quality control.
● Fluent in optimizing organizational processes.
● Ability and skill to lead and manage the team and skills in communicating with different levels of the organization.
