● Designing and modeling organizational processes.
● Defining efficiency indicators in interaction with the stakeholders of the processes to evaluate the success of the processes.
● Data collection to identify the root cause of process problems.
● Providing process improvement suggestions based on relevant analysis.
● Preparing management reports on the status of processes.
● Formating process teams for problem-solving, process improvement, etc.
● Cooperating in the implementation and certification of various standards such as ISO9001, ISO10002, etc.
● Performing internal audits based on different standards such as ISO9001, ISO10002, etc.
● Preparing the necessary infrastructure to create business intelligence (BI) through interaction with units.
● Preparing business analysis reports at different levels.
Requirements
● Familiarity with process design methods.
● Proficient in organizational structure concepts.
● Proficient in process modeling methods.
● Proficient in ISO9001 quality management system.
● Proficient in work frameworks such as APQ.
● Relative mastery of (BI) concepts in the business layer.
● Proficient in ISO10000 and excellence models such as EFQM is an advantage.
● Proficient in process systems is considered an advantage.
● Preferably having relevant work experience in automotive companies.
● Negotiation and discussion skills.
● Proficient in English.
