● Modify and establish processes and systems of organizational units according to the policies of the organization (according to the annual policy and goals) and senior management.
● Carry out internal audits of the organization according to the written audit plan.
● Prepare and update the organization's audit checklist.
● Prepare reports on the organization's audit complications and prioritize corrective actions.
● Update the collection and integration of all performance reports of the organization.
● Participate in determining the training needs required for different occupational classes (according to internal and periodic audits).
● Participate and cooperate in maintaining the current system and establishing 9001: 2015 according to the written plan.
● Prepare and update executive methods, instructions, and authorized forms for collecting invalid documents.
● Supervise the maintenance as well as the distribution of documents related to the quality assurance system among the relevant authorities.
● Participate in the planning of processes and activities in SharePoint.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management.
● At least two years of work experience.
● Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
● Gender preference: Male/Female.
● A responsible, orderly, and accurate person with perseverance.
● Proper emotional intelligence.
