Job Description

● Compile and review documentation required for processes, including procedures, instructions, and forms. ● Follow up on compiling, approving, and publishing system documentation. ● Coordinate meetings related to compiling documents and following up on the implementation of approvals. ● Staff training in relation to new executive methods for implementation and monitoring of implementation. ● Supervise the control of quality management system documents and documents of external origin. ● Examine the request to change the documents. ● Train process owners to prepare the required process documentation based on best practices and workflow. ● Maintain internal and external audit records. ● Follow up on corrective actions. ● Update legal requirements and regulations and standards related to products and services. ● Prepare analytical reports on the performance of the management system, including analytical reports on the performance of processes, the performance of suppliers, the satisfaction of employers, etc. ● Follow up on knowledge registration in the knowledge management system by employees. ● Collaborate with staff to identify and record lessons learned. ● Supervise how to record lessons learned in the knowledge management system. ● Prepare periodic reports on the performance of the organization's knowledge management system.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management from a reputable university. ● At least three years of experience in systems and methods, and quality assurance in the field of oil and gas. ● Age range: 25 to 35 years old. ● Proficient in the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. ● Appropriate knowledge of BPMN, APQC, and other process management standards. ● Ability to document integrated management system. ● Full familiarity with how to establish and maintain knowledge management in the organization. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office. ● Familiarity with the concepts of knowledge management. ● Effective communication skills. ● Responsibility and accountability. ● Consequentialism. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● Ability to solve problems and make decisions. ● Having systemic thinking. ● Eager to learn and grow individually. ● Fluent in English.
