● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Technology Management. ● At least three years of experience in system development. ● Fluent in ISO9001 requirements. ● Fluent in preparing organizational documents. ● Familiarity with excellence models Familiarity with BPMN2. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office. ● Information analysis skills. ● Familiar with the electronic payment industry or the IT industry. ● Work experience in Shaparak electronic payment industry. ● Familiarity with reference frameworks such as APQC and ITIL. ● Fluent in documenting processes. ● Familiarity with ISO standards. ● Familiarity with the principles of quality management.
