Job Description

● Developing and optimizing organizational strategies, processes, policies and procedures. ● Holding meetings and workshops to identify issues, problems and bottlenecks to analyze organizations. ● Identifying, mapping, modeling and documenting business processes. ● Defining KPIs and measures for business processes and reporting their measurement. ● Diagnosing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. ● Brainstorming and coming up with solutions and improvement recommendations for organizations. ● Re-engineering business processes and organizational structures. ● Preparing and proposing regulations and instructions. ● Developing improvement plans and following up their implementation. ● Preparing business analysis and managerial reports.

Requirements

● Master's degree in Industrial engineering or MBA from a reputable university ● Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields. ● Good knowledge of business process management, organization design and business analysis. ● Working experience in BPMN. ● Familiar with financial statement analysis and process framework. ● Strong problem solving and analytical abilities. ● Good communication skills. ● Good report writing skills.
