Job Description

● Install the software and perform necessary repairs. ● Answer users' questions about working with the software. ● Provide periodic and required reports to superiors. ● Participate in preparing and drafting correspondence related to organizational positions and collecting and archiving the necessary copies of forms, correspondence, and reports in the relevant section. ● Control and cooperate in the registration and archiving of documents, records, and work records of the organizational unit. ● Provide expert, effective and enforceable suggestions on improving productivity and improving organizational work processes. ● Cooperate and participate in the establishment and full observance of 5S standards in the organizational unit. ● Prepare and compile the required statistics and reports and submit them to superiors. ● Perform other duties related to the position held.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. ● Customer-oriented with great communication skills. ● Passionate about supporting system users. ● Familiar with reporting methods. ● More than four years of related experience.
