Switch BTS QA and HSE Team Leader

Job Description

● Oversee BTS implementation/upgrades and commissioning all over the related region. ● Oversee Contractors and vendors whilst in rollout all over the related region. ● Oversee BTS structures are maintained all over the related region. ● Oversee all attributes of new site acquisition all over the related region. ● Oversee that BTS site leases are maintained based on actual documents. ● Ensure transmission link acceptance. ● Make sure the radio base station site is activated. ● Ensure all administrative documentation and databases are completed or updated correctly, accurately, and timorously. ● Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to through ISO 9001, ISO14000, and QMS. ● Ensure that the radio O&M and implementation procedures and guidelines written/updated are applicable. ● Ensure the acceptance and rollout of a high-quality network by supervising the rollout and identifying priorities based on clusters, towns, or other high-priority rollout requirements. ● Random site inspections based on vendor and contractor build and physical site acceptance schedules. ● Coordinate projects of core network (switch, VAS, and IP equipment) implementation work conducted within all IRANCELL switching centers. ● Ensure quality of design, planning, and implementation of all core networks meet the specification. ● Maintenance of effective and accurate intranet-based switch site records, including C-Modules. ● Perform quality audits and acceptances on core network equipment installations. ● Coordinate design, planning, and implementation of quality for other non-core network installations within allocated switch sites. ● Coordinate all role players involved in remote BSC site builds. ● Ensure quality of activities related to network between suppliers and IRANCELL divisions and resources. ● Required to obtain quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors from time to time and assist in the evaluation process thereof; however it will not have decision-making power for selection. ● Drive project management and supervise contractors ensuring due dates and quality are strictly adhered to. ● Provide detailed, accurate monthly and weekly reports of QA activities as required and submit the reports to designated management. ● Ensure that all HSE requirements are adhered to. ● Make sure all weekly plans and reports related to the regional team are updated weekly based on the share point. ● Make sure all missions and expenses related to the regional team are monitored and confirmed for approval.
