● Preparation of annual and monthly SE HSE plan.
● Supervision of HSE activities of the field operation teams and conditions of risk control measures implemented by contractors through HSE inspections and audits.
● Follow up on the corrective actions.
● Compose HSE reports, meeting minutes and create or update HSE documents as required.
● Environmental protection surveillance.
● Participate in accident investigations.
● Facilitate improvement of contractors’ HSE management system.
● Conduct HSE training related to SE operations for WAPAC local employees.
● Other works as required by HSSE managers.
Requirements
● Fluency in both spoken and written English.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering.
● Not less than 5-year experience in well-service operations.
● Not less than 3-year experience in HSE management.
● Give priority to the applicant who has HSE certificates.
● Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT).
