The position:
As a support engineer in production, you will be responsible for:
● SOP writing (own A1-A10, PM schedules including WO).
● Change control of the above SOPs.
● Develop operation.
● Inspections and audits (audit preparation including those leading to PQ and submission to authorities.
● Investigation for customer complaints, and collaboration with QA in this regard.
● Support it by maintaining operational training (competence Matrix, KPIs).
● Review logbooks.
● EHS (ensure EHS compliance).
● Ensure compliance with NN validation Strategy, SOP, and principles.
● CR handling as CR owner, the affected party, and action owner.
● Delimitation.
● Developing team leader in the assembly, and packaging.
● Process confirmation in shopfloor, documentation, TROLs, relevant SOPs, and logbooks.
