Job Description

● Identify suppliers of goods, and services, and register them in the system. ● Periodical and continuous evaluation of goods and service providers and grading them. ● Prepare and adjust the order schedule according to the facilities and internal and external limitations of the power plant. ● Check and refer requests for the purchase of technical, and non-technical goods and equipment in order to estimate the price. ● Pursue liquidity related to purchasing orders from the financial department. ● Control and approve purchase invoices, and financial and warehouse documents related to the purchase of items.

Requirements

● Proficient in planning and inventory control methods and tools. ● Proficient in evaluation methods of goods and service providers. ● Proficient in chain management concepts. ● Adequate familiarity with warehouse and property accounting. ● Adequate familiarity with purchase accounting concepts. ● Teamwork skills. ● Customer orientation.
