Requirements
● Master's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering.
● Fluency in the basics of MCDM ,multi-objective decision making ,sequence of operations, linear/non-linear optimization modeling.
● Fluency in MRP, MRP II, CRP, RCCP, aggregate planning basics.
● Fluency in common machine computing languages such as MATLAB and PYTHON/R.
● Fluency in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, SPSS and SAS.
● Fluency indecision tools such as Topsis and Expert Choice
● Strong Excel functions skills, reporting, etc.
● Familiarity with statistical analysis methods, random distribution, hypothesis testing and basics of process engineering and business process modeling (BPMN and, etc.).
● At least 2 years of working experience related to supply chain strategic planning.
● Familiarity with GAMS/Meta-heuristic algorithms is an advantage.
