● Ensure that supplier service levels are monitored and regular performance reviews with suppliers are done.
● Propose supply chain solutions related to merchandise and store needs.
● Support the merchandise department to increase the profitability of suppliers: costs vs. logistics rebates.
● Propose the yearly department budget and ensure respect for the approved budget.
● Guarantee the logistics assets are in adequation with the current volumes and the company expansion.
● Identify potential risks and propose an action plan to ensure safe conditions for merchandise inventory in the distribution center.
● Propose and manage actions, solutions in the supply chain management to support the company expansion.
● Guarantee the proper execution of promotion events to ensure products are in-store on time with the lowest distribution costs possible.
● Guarantee the respect of the cold chain requirements and the quality of the products from distribution center to stores.
● Propose and take necessary measures towards the continuous reduction of distribution costs.
Requirements
● Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
● Minimum 3 years of related experience.
● Fluent in English.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
● Strong negotiation skills.
