Job Description

BARSOO Engineering Company is established in 1993 to render services to various industrial projects. During the last years have rendered consulting, engineering, and Design Services to more than 55 projects in miscellaneous fields such as Iron, Zinc, Lead, etc. We are looking for a qualified structural design engineer to work in our office in Tehran. Applicants are expected to: ● Provide calculation of structures and foundations for industrial, semi-industrial and auxiliary buildings. ● Provide detailed design drawings. ● Provide replies to contractors' technical queries. ● Design review of contractors' documents. ● Work under deadlines and pressure.

Requirements

● Expert in the design and calculation of industrial plants such as Steel, Mining, Oil, Gas, and Petroleum. ● At least 5 years of experience in the design of concrete and steel structures, equipment foundations, conveyors and pipe racks, etc. ● Well familiar with international codes (AISC, ACI, ASCE, IBC, etc.). ● Well familiar with Iranian national building codes. ● Expert in structural design software such as SAP, SAFE, etc. ● Fluent in English.
