Job Description

● Develops and maintains a company investor relations plan. ● Performs comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation. ● Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function. ● Monitors operational changes through company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes. ● Provides regulation fair disclosure training to all company spokespersons. ● Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors. ● Oversees the production of all annual reports, SEO and Farabourse filings, and proxy statements. ● Manages the investor relations portion of the company website. ● Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management. ● Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community. ● Establishes and maintains relationships with stock exchange representatives. ● Organizes conferences, road shows, and investor meetings. ● Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed and their view of its financial results. ● Represents the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy. ● Provides feedback to the management team regarding the impact of the stock situation or dividend changes on the investment community.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Financial Management, or an MBA graduate. ● At least 3 years of work experience related to the investor relations department. ● Familiarity with the capital market. ● Full familiarity with the pillars of the capital market and how to communicate with the relevant pillars of publishers. ● Mastery of the stock operations of listed companies, including holding meetings, liaising with regulatory bodies, and liaising with shareholders. ● Mastery of the rules and regulations of SEO and Farabourse. ● Familiar with quarterly and semi-annual reports required to submit to the SEO and Farabourse. ● Familiar with capital market media. ● Mastery of preparing management reports related to stock affairs. ● Mastery of software related to stock affairs. ● High public relations (capital market communities). ● SEO certification or CFA is a positive point.
