Job Description
● Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and managing complex projects with significant bottom-line impact. ● Hire talented team members and define their roles. ● Work with product manager and operation manager in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities that help our customers succeed in their business goals. ● Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development and estimates project time and budget and break down the project’s scope into milestones and tasks. ● Project management. ● Prioritization, planning of projects and features, stakeholder management, and tracking of external commitments. ● Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules. ● Translate business requirements into technical solutions, create SRM, recommends alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions. ● Monitor and operate production services. ● Create timely reports and presents them in management meetings.
Requirements
● More than 7 years of Software Development experience. ● More than 3 years of experience in building and leading strong engineering teams. ● Deep hands-on technical expertise in web technologies. ● Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test-driven development. ● Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. ● Software development experience in building real-time and highly scalable applications. ● Great problem-solving, analytical, and research skills. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
