● Gather, analyze and document business requirements and business domain based on organization standards.
● Create and develop analysis documents based on UML standards.
● Test and evaluate product feature and conduct delivery processes.
● Communicate to product owner and business stakeholders to collect and assess system needs and necessities.
● Attend in business meeting with technical team or key stakeholders to present or deliver the product’s feature to achieve approval.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, IT, or Industrial Engineering (system analysis).
● Extensive knowledge of software engineering requirements and documentation according to standardized analysis and object oriented design.
● High level expertise of software and business analysis and requirements documentation.
● Familiar with financial, investment and stock market system.
● Familiar with programming, SQL, BPMN, RUP and UML (plus).
● Strong planning, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
● Ability to meet deadlines, time management and manage competing priorities.
● Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
● Intermediate knowledge of English.
