● Direct report to client support manager.
● Desktop unification.
● Working with users or employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution.
● Desktop technical management.
● Contribute to the proper installation, maintenance, and disposal of desktop computers, printers, etc.
● Periodically maintenance.
● Resource management.
● Document solutions to problems regarding standard IT applications and record them in the IT Knowledge base.
● Establish and plan periodic maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.
● Mentoring staff.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT-related fields.
● At least 2 years of experience.
● Fluent in English (Written and speaking).
● Fluent in A+, Network+, Windows Infrastructure, Windows 7.
● Fluent in PC configuration, OS, HW.
● Fluent in troubleshooting PCs.
● Problem-solving is required in a variety of areas both hardware and software.
● Attention to detail.
● Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
● Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays, or other unexpected demands.
● Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others besides upholding the values of the organization.
