We Are Hiring: SEO Manager at Danestani Rooz
At Danestani Rooz, the largest content and advertising media brand in Iran, we are looking for a professional and strategic SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives, optimize our search engine presence, and guide our SEO strategy across platforms.

Role Overview
The SEO Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all SEO activities to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance the performance of our digital content. This role requires an analytical, creative, and results-oriented leader who can collaborate with both content and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO).
Conduct keyword research and analyze search trends to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website structure, landing pages, and existing content for SEO performance.
Manage internal linking strategies and oversee backlink building initiatives.
Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly content.
Perform competitor analysis and identify opportunities for organic visibility.
Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Monitor and improve site speed, UX, and technical performance (Technical SEO).
Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs (Organic Traffic, Rankings, CTR, Bounce Rate, etc.).
Work closely with the development team to resolve SEO-related technical issues.

Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of proven experience in SEO (preferably in large-scale projects or media companies).
Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
Proficiency in keyword research, SEO audits, and link-building strategies.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
Deep understanding of Google algorithms and SEO trends.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (especially WordPress or custom CMS).
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Curious, up-to-date, and continuously learning mindset.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with content and technical teams.
