Job Description

The Talent Acquisition team provides the tools and knowledge to support our business in hiring great people. We work closely with our hiring manager and business partners to understand business needs and deliver compelling attraction and engagement activities to encourage a wide and diverse audience to consider joining us. We try seriously to deliver a fair recruitment experience that reflects best practices and helps those we engage to learn more about who we are. As senior talent acquisition, You will constantly be seeking to understand how we can improve all aspects of our attraction, assessment, selection, branding, candidate experience, onboarding, and operations to ensure we hire the best people as new recruiting needs appear. Responsibilities: ● Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for job opportunities. ● Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages. ● Oversee and coordinate all hiring stages, from sourcing to onboarding. ● Produce and submit reports on general recruitment activities. ● Participate in suggesting new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR services as a whole, and to improve the employees' experience in the recruitment process. ● Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. ● Follow up on all the recruitment KPIs and aim to improve efficiency at all levels. ● Be active in the social/channels and create professional connections in the market in line with the company goals and to enhance the employer branding. ● Participate in job fairs and plan from A to Z to get the best results.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably, in Industrial Engineering, Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or other related fields. ● Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation. ● Exceptional listening skills and ability to influence and coach employees of all levels in the organization. ● Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams. ● Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports and work with related graphs. ● Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. ● Fast learner and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic environment.
