We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our company in ”Alinland as one of the subsidiaries of the "Retail and Start-Up Development Holding Company“ in Tabiat Mihan Industrial Group.
Main responsibilities:
● Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
● Create and publish job ads in various portals.
● Screen resumes/CVs and job applications.
● Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
● Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
● Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.
● Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
● Creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
● Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 08:00 to 16:00; Thursdays from 08:00 to 12:00.
● Location: South Chitgar.
Requirements
● More than 3 years of experience as a TA specialist, recruitment specialist, or similar roles (preferably in tech, e-commerce, or q-commerce industries).
● At least a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
● Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
● MS Office proficiency (Upper-Intermediate): Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
● Good command of English

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Highly motivated, goal-driven, result-oriented, and team player.
● Age range: Maximum 35 years old.
● Current residence: Preferably West of Tehran or Alborz.
