We are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our company. We’re seeking a "Senior TA Specialist" to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.
Main responsibilities:
● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
● Create and publish job ads in various portals.
● Screen resumes and job applications.
● Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
● Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
● Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.
Requirements
● More than 3 years of experience as a TA specialist, recruitment specialist, or similar roles (preferably in tech, e-commerce, or q-commerce industries).
● At least a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
● Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
● MS Office proficiency (Upper-Intermediate): Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
● Good command of English
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Highly motivated, goal-driven, result-oriented, and team player.
● Age range: Maximum 35 years old.
● Current residence: Preferably West of Tehran or Alborz.
