Role description: ● Examining the job description and qualifications through receiving the job description from the organization development unit and holding meetings with the relevant manager. ● Preparing the applied resources proportionate to the intended job through job-finding websites, headhunt, referrals, etc. ● Preparing and publishing job advertisements in social networks and relevant websites. ● Primary screening of the received resumes and Performing the phone interviews and checking the qualifications via phone call. ● Performing the HR competency-based interview and, in the case of the approval of all stages, offering the job to the job-seekers. ● Executing onboarding processes, such as preparing the workplace, executing needed coordination with the relevant manager, and preparing the relevant equipment. ● Preparing and adjusting the employment reports. ● Performing the employer brand-related affairs. ● Executing the promotion and improvement-related processes. ● Performing exit interviews.
