Job Description
● Provide 3rd-level systems support and lead maintenance activities through the supporting team.
● Project planning and execution of technical projects aligned to project budget and deliverables.
● Develop proposals to build and deliver proposed technical solutions.
● Escalate points for major incidents and problem management including root cause analysis.
● Develop and write project scheduling and implementation plans.
● Perform daily system monitoring and procedures, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying the completion of scheduled jobs.
● Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
● Research, manage and deploy system and security updates.
● Perform ongoing maintenance for performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
● Administer Veeam Backup and Recovery within an enterprise environment.
