We are looking for an enthusiastic detail-oriented individual to join our team as the marketing planning and analytics specialist. He or she is responsible for budget planning, cost controlling, tracking, and analyzing different marketing metrics concluding important insights for making important decisions, and responsible for monitoring and researching similar markets to identify improvements and best strategies. We can say that senior marketing planning and analytics specialist has one of the most important roles in our team that can give the best vision of budget management, market competition, and business strategy. Responsibilities: ● Develop and manage the budget planning and tracking documents for the marketing and finance teams. ● Execute daily, weekly, and monthly marketing cost reports based on different analyses and update marketing cost controlling dashboards. ● Design and implement an efficient metrics architecture that delivers direct information for decision-making. ● Extract and analyze internal data to generate relevant knowledge to propose, implement and measure the success of actions in order to create an impact on the business. ● Market research, visualize, analyze and interpret market data to address strategic needs. ● Deliver valuable insights that give shape to strategy plans across multiple markets and lines of business.

Requirements

● More than five years of experience in planning. ● More than five years of experience. ● Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation. ● Sense of urgency with the ability to multitask under pressure. ● Highest commitment to customer service and satisfaction. ● Honest and ethical team player and team builder. ● Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, and Power BI). ● Proven track record of team leading or management. ● Strong planning experience, with proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets. ● Ability to take ownership within the role, with the desire to succeed. ● Experience working cross-functionally with key internal partners to get things done. ● Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions.
