● Propose proper solutions and mitigations for controlling operational and non-operational risks.
● Evaluate and monitor risk exposures and indicators (opportunity, hazard, uncertainty, etc.) for taking necessary actions on time.
● Update ERM database in related areas regularly.
● Train relevant stakeholders such as risk champions on ERM-related processes and subjects.
Requirements
Education:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related disciplines (Oil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
Experience:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in an area of Risk Management or a relative field.
Knowledge and skills:
● Having MBA/DBA degree is an advantage.
● Risk Management qualification is an advantage.
● Proficiency in Risk Management Frameworks and Standards (Mastery over COSO, ISO31000).
● Expertise in Statistical analysis and data analysis (Ability to work with data analysis tools and necessary knowledge about statistical analysis).
● Good knowledge of Oil and Gas Processes (Familiarity with the implementation and processes of projects in the Oil and Gas value chain).
● Proficiency in Project Management Tools (Ability to work with MSP/ Primavera or other Project management tools).
● Fluent (technical writing and verbal communication) in English.
● Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
● Familiar with IFS.
