Job Description
At Agah Group, we are looking for a product manager who is responsible and passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will work closely with a wide variety of people including our engineers, operations, marketing, and business to launch quality products and new features. You will also ensure that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Responsibilities:
● Envision new opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver to goals.
● Prioritize, negotiate and remove impediments to orchestrate a successful launch.
● Collaborate with engineering and design teams to generate hypotheses, prototype, validate, and ship new products, including preparing product specifications, coordinating development activity, and tracking the progress of in-flight projects.
● Work closely with research, product marketing, customer success, analytics, and users to deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications.
● Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
● Shape strategic positioning and identify value proposition, key features/benefits, and points of differentiation on which the marketing team will base all customer-facing product communication.
