Job Description
● Identify, assess, and assist in the resolution of issues, disputes, and risks in excellence plans and improvement initiatives.
● Analyze and identify improvement opportunities, as well as assist in the development, implementation, and management of excellence programs and improvement projects, and effectively communicate with their stakeholders.
● Facilitate and guarantee effective communication between the IFS support team and operational units, as well as define and monitor the IFS support team's portfolio and service level.
● Conduct process, business, system, and information analysis to determine solutions to the organization's problems.
● Need assessment and implementation of IFS training, as well as organization and upgrading of IFS system training and technical documentation.
● Assist in the planning, control, and advancement of excellence programs and improvement projects, as well as the preparation of reports and the holding of status analysis and review meetings.
● Analyze macrostructures and macro processes, evaluation and analysis of organizational governance maturity and efficiency, and identification of improvement points in order to establish and improve organizational governance.
