Job Description


● Provide vision, direction, and product strategy to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the product development life cycle.
● Working directly with product leads and product managers to build product strategies.
● Present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
● Coach and mentor other team members with respect to fulfilling end-user need across segments and personas.
● Influence leaders across organizations and gain buy-in for complex situations.
● Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with overall company strategies, and in this regard, the product manager should define customer needs and the associated features and solutions to meet those needs.
● Ensure customer and business problem-solving in the product solutions along with production stability, required scalability, reliability, reaching the defined performance, and alignment with business goals.
● Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and user experience to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
● Organize and engage in usability testing to define detailed interaction flows
● End-to-end ownership and Run User Acceptance Testing and Sign-off on behalf of the business, as needed.
● Meet with product users to obtain a comprehensive understanding of needs and constraints.
● Anticipate the need to bring cross-functional teams together to solve problems.
● Develop internal and external facing go-to-market content.
● Divide large projects into iterative releases.
● Facilitate communication across internal teams and explain the value of new initiatives.
● Drive conflict resolution across product development teams.
● Identify and resolve inefficiencies in PM tools, processes, and workflows.
● Conduct Demos to business users of capabilities completed.
● Spearhead change management activities to drive the successful adoption of capabilities.
● Define and analyze metrics that mature the Product Management functions.

Requirements


● Process and business understanding in the domains of E-Commerce.
● Proven success in delivering complex technology products/services in a high-growth environment.
● Experience delivering products that incorporate advanced analytical techniques, data-driven decision processes, and applied statistical methods.
● Experience in leading product development from start to finish, including customer-facing products, with the ability to drive prioritization consensus across business units and serve as an effective liaison between customers and engineering.
● Experience non-functional requirements.
● Demonstrated solid judgment and effective communication skills.
● Ability to see the big picture, while navigating technology and partner development decisions and tradeoffs.
● Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
● Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences in Farsi and English.
● Negotiation and influence management skills.
● Understanding e-commerce business systems and business processes is a big plus.
