Role description:
● Organize and maintain the best integration between scheduling and control and Risks Management functions ensuring that any activity is carefully planned and controlled in terms of time, budget, and scope of work.
● Govern and integrate Complex action plans across all functions and find and report overall Complex plan deviations.
● Participate in the process of compiling budget proposals on a complex yearly basis, participate in the final review meetings with top management and finalize the budget proposal.
● Facilitate all stages of Complex strategic planning meetings and plans.
● Manage business planning process gaps and supervise gap-closure action list.
● Continue investigation for raised issues related to operations and productions.
● Recognize, evaluate, follow up and inform related sections about internal and external risks and design solutions to manage them and decrease their negative effect.
