Job Description
Your mission in Zarrin Roya is to supervise, monitor, and evaluate all information technology services to ensure the correct progress of matters according to the organization's digital strategies. ● To use the necessary tools to monitor IT services in real-time. ● To record the daily problems and requirements regarding the services provided to customers and follow up with technical teams according to the level of service level agreements. ● To ensure the updating of monitoring tools, information technology services, and the definition of KPIs and metrics according to the formulated SLAs. ● To prepare and support the monitoring dashboards. ● To collect the symptoms, analyze the status of information technology services, and follow up with technical teams to solve user problems. ● To cooperate, coordinate and service support with other internal departments and group companies to solve problems. ● To monitor all infrastructure, network, servers, and IT service software. ● To provide monthly or case reports to the direct manager.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, and other related fields. ● Proficiency in ITIL. ● Familiar with monitoring tools. ● Responsible and result-oriented.
