● Provide technical assistance for questions and problems.
● Report network problems to the network manager and cooperate to solve them.
● Diagnose system software and hardware errors and other issues.
● Follow up on users' problems and ensure that issues are fully resolved.
● Provide reports to analyze common complaints and problems.
● Remote access to the software to make changes and fix problems.
● Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm; available 24/7 and in special and emergency cases attending the project.
● The person responsible for the network must have the ability to be present remotely in construction projects and solve server problems.
● If necessary, the expert must be present for several days due to work pressure or other reasons and be a volunteer to cooperate.
Requirements
Professional knowledge of:
- Microsoft MCITP/MCSE.
- CCNA.
- Network+
- A+
● Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Cloud services.
● Introduction to HP servers.
● Proficient in Windows Server 2019 and Active Directory.
● Familiarity with VoIP and network telephone systems.
● Proficient in network surveillance cameras.
● Full familiarity with infrastructure design and architecture.
● Familiarity with hardware and software firewalls (Kerio, FortiGate).
● Familiar with Printer sharing system and Folder sharing in Active directory and Workgroup network.
● Familiar with Cisco and Mikrotik network switches.
● Familiar with Ubiqt wireless network.
● Familiarity with installing and troubleshooting engineering software (Autodesk, Adobe).
