Safir Darya Sahel Armani International Transport Company, in line with strengthening its Finance and Accounting team, is seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified Senior International Accounting Specialist. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing international financial transactions and reports, and will be responsible for supervising and controlling financial processes related to the company’s foreign operations in collaboration with the Finance team.


Responsibilities:
• Budgeting payments to agents based on collections status in coordination with the Finance Manager
• Recording documents related to foreign accounting
• Closing shipments and calculating commissions
• Reviewing, recording, and following up on SOA with business partners
• Controlling and recording foreign currency expenses, bank fees, exchange rate differences, and import/export incidental costs
• Preparing monthly or periodic foreign currency financial reports
• Ensuring compliance of payments with contracts and foreign invoices
• Following up on financial discrepancies with foreign vendors or customers
• Supporting internal and external audits by providing required foreign currency documentation
• Performing other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager



Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Administration
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in foreign currency accounting or international finance, preferably in the international transport/logistics industry



Skills and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of foreign exchange, remittances, exchange rate differences, and related financial concepts
• Familiarity with Nosa and OTMS financial software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Adequate proficiency in English for correspondence and review of international financial documents
• High attention to detail, strong follow-up and numerical analysis skills, and ability in documentation
• Proficiency in preparing management reports
