Job Description

● Search and select suitable resumes. ● Conduct telephone interviews. ● Develop goals and recruitment processes and their follow-ups. ● Coordinate and implement recruitment initiatives. ● Work with hiring managers to write job descriptions for each position. ● Communicate with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitment programs and their implementation.

Requirements

● Proficient in recruitment and hiring processes. ● Proficient in implementing job interview techniques. ● Familiar with employment tests and how to use them. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or Psychology. ● At least three years of work experience. ● Age range: 22 to 35 years old. ● An upper intermediate level in English. ● Gender preference: Male/Female. ● An end-of-service card is mandatory for men.
