Job Description

● Participate in inter-discipline check of documents for its field of activity. ● Perform the hazard identification and consequence evaluation exercises. ● Verify the correct implementation of the HSE aspects in the basic design and engineering deliverables. ● Develop ALARP demonstrations for process safety risks and prepare HSE cases. ● Facilitate hazard workshops for process safety hazards. These may include HAZID, HAZOP, SIL classification, Bow-Ties, ALARP, SIMOPs, and Facility Layout and Sitting. ● Organize safety monitoring and safety standby of all activities which get approved permits in project operations. ● Conduct risk analysis of activities in project operations and ensures all preventive measures are in place to control associated risks. ● Coordinate review of HSE critical tasks and associated Performance Standards. ● Report and investigate incidents, ensure the root causes are identified and appropriate corrective actions are taken, and finally closed according to related procedures. ● Review facility-specific emergency response plans and performs emergency response (ER) duties as defined in Project’s Emergency Response Procedures.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Environmental Engineering, HSE, or Safety Engineering. ● Certified safety engineer or another qualified certificate. Having NEBOSH, OPITO, IOSH, and Iran MCLS qualification certificates will be an advantage. ● Over 10 years of experience in petroleum-related enterprises and projects. ● Fluent in HSE management of petroleum enterprises especially site construction operations HSE standards ISOs 14001, and 45001. ● Planning and organizing stress management and crisis management skills.
